– yuca con chili: fried cassava topped with black bean chili or vegetarian black bean soup

platillos principales [mains] – ajiaco [ “Ah hee ah ko” ]: traditional Taino harvest stew : beef, pork, chicken, plantain, yuca, corn
– masitas de puerco: cubed pork, fried until crispy and served with boiled yuca drenched in mojo side of black bean soup
– eggplant steak: crispy fried eggplant with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese white rice, black bean, plantain
